Applying for a Job, However has no work experience!?
Martians Attack

Hi! I'm applying to American Apparel but have very little work experience. I've babysit and done red cross community service. How else could i get the job?

In the interview, the interviewer will see your resume and see that you've done much dedicated work that requires responsibility so there should be a few brownie points for you there. During the interview I would explain that you have little actual work experience, but assure them that you learn fast and follow instructions very well. Assure them that if they hire you, they can expect nothing but a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
That should get you the job.
Good luck, and if not, try somewhere else... and say those things above until you do get a job.
I have said those words exactly and it's gotten me a job in a field that I wasn't experienced it. If they see that you sound mature and present yourself well, the work experience shouldn't be an issue.

Good luck!!!!
